The live-action film adaptation will open in theaters in Japan on April 5.
The manga previously inspired a live-action drama and voice comic adaptation on a DVD bundled with a Sho-Comi issue in 2016.
This year’s sixth issue of Shogakukan’s Sho-Comi magazine revealed on Wednesday that Miwako Sugiyama will draw two special chapters for the 4-Gatsu no Kimi, Spica. romance manga in the magazine’s next two issues to celebrate the manga’s upcoming live-action film adaptation.
The first chapter will be 53 pages long, including a color opening page, and it will debut on March 5.
