Like the main games in the Fire Emblem series, Fire Emblem Heroes features tactical battles where the player commands an army.
Mobile app data analysis organization Sensor Tower reported on Wednesday that Nintendo’s Fire Emblem Heroes smartphone game has earned US$400 million from in-game purchases worldwide.
In the game, players take on the role of a summoner who can summon heroes from previous Fire Emblem games.
The game’s second highest earning month since launch was June earlier this year, with spending that month amounting to US$23 million.
