Hirano began acting as a child, but she received her big break when she starred in the title role of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya anime series.
Northern California’s FanimeCon and Hawaii’s Kawaii Kon have both announced that they will host voice actress Aya Hirano at their events this year.
She also played the character Yuki Morikawa in the White Album visual novel and television anime, and sang the songs for the character.
