"Final Fantasy XV" Meets American Express With This Latest Example of Product Placement

Aside from being featured in-game, Japanese American Express users who pick up a Gold Card or Business Gold Card in Japan before August 31 will be treated to a new copy of Final Fantasy XV.

In one of the latest and most bizarre cross-promotion campaigns to come out of Final Fantasy XV, the game will feature product placement from American Express, with the logo even being found in the game on a shop window.

The game is scheduled to release worldwide for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 30.
