‘Akira’ Bumped As Taika Waititi Boards Fourth ‘Thor’ Film

  • The reason being that Marvel Studios has come to an agreement to bring Waititi on board for the fourth Thor film after the strong reception to Thor: Ragnarok.

  • With the recent news coming up about the live-action Akira plans with Taika Waititi boarding the project and moving into preliminary casting, that’s now been pushed to the backburner unless Warner decides to find someone else.
