Hayao Miyazaki’s new movie is only 15% done after 3.5 years according to Toshio Suzuki

Suzuki explained that previously, Miyazaki would be able to finish 10 minutes of animation per month.

And during that program, Suzuki admitted that after three and a half years, Hayao Miyazaki has only completed 15% of his next film, How Do You Live?.

But for this movie that doesn’t have deadlines, they only scheduled five minutes of animation per month, or about an hour of animation per year.
