LUNA SEA/X JAPAN Guitarist SUGIZO Co-produces GIBIATE OP Theme

The official website for the Japanese-themed project GIBIATE PROJECT announced today that 50-year-old renowned rock guitarist SUGIZO (LUNA SEA, X JAPAN) joined the recordring of the anime’s OP theme “GIBIATE” as composer and guitarist.

The project was launched by legendary Japanese creators in October 2018, including Yoshitaka Amano (character designer), Naoki Serizawa (monster designer), and Yuzo Koshiro (music composer).

Also, Masahiko Komino (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders character designer/chief animation director) is confirmed as the anime’s director.
