Additionally, this year’s festival will host a “World of Mamoru Hosoda in Animation Focus” event, which will feature the following works by Hosoda: The Boy and The Beast, Wolf Children, Summer Wars, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure Our War Game (Digimon Adventure: Bokura no War Game), Superflat Monogram, The Creatures from Planet 66 ~Roppongi Hills Story~ (collaboration with Takashi Murakami), Magical Do Re Mi (Ojamajo Doremi DOKKAAN!) episode 40, and Nadja opening and ending sequences.
This year’s festival will be held from October 25 through November 3 at Roppongi Hills, EX Theater Roppongi, and other venues in Tokyo.

The festival offered a special Gundam program last year, and two years ago the festival hosted a large event dedicated to the works of Hideaki Anno.
