The NESiCAxLive system allows arcade operators to download games from Taito’s servers, that can then be stored on a local server.
Japanese video game arcade company Taito announced at the end of its “Tōshinsai” fighting game tournament on Sunday that it is launching the temporarily titled “NESiCAxLive 2,” a new version of its “NESiCAxLive” arcade game distribution system.
SNK, Cave, Arc System Works, Examu, FK Digital, Square Enix, G.rev, and French Bread games are currently supported on the system.
The first game announced for the new system is SNK’s The King of Fighters XIV.
