Gridman Universe Anime Film Unveils Visual, Returning Cast, 2023 Premiere

The anime was a collaboration between the anime studio Trigger and Tsuburaya Productions — the creator of the Ultraman franchise and the original 1993-1994 live-action tokusatsu (special-effects) series Denkō Chōjin Gridman.

Tsuburaya Productions and Trigger revealed at the “SSSS.GRIDMAN×SSSS.DYNAZENON Special Night” event in Tokyo on Friday that the new Gridman Universe anime film will open in 2023.

The anime ended in June 2021 with a teaser card for the “Next Gridman Universe” and the words “Gridman x Dynazemon.
