WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me Anime Film Heralds October Arrival with Main Trailer

The train to the October 14 premiere of the upcoming WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me anime film, subtitled “Precious Friends”, is now taking all passengers with the release of the main trailer that shows off more adorable antics the original series gave us in 2019.

Based on the manga by Nanatsu Mukunoki, WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me is directed by Daisuke Hiramaki (Asteroid in Love, Selection Project) at studio Doga Kobo, with scripts by Yuka Yamada (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid) and character designs by Hiromi Nakagawa (My Senpai is Annoying chief animation director).
