Bandai Namco Filmworks to Absorb Sunrise Beyond Subsidiary in April

  • The official websites of the animation studios Bandai Namco Filmworks and Sunrise Beyond simultaneously announced on Tuesday that Bandai Namco Filmworks will merge with Sunrise Beyond, its wholly owned subsidiary, on April 1.

  • Sunrise Beyond will be dissolved, and Bandai Namco Filmworks will take over its subsidiary’s rights and obligations.
