In This Corner of the World Stage Musical Reveals May Debut, Cast, Main Visual

The stage musical of Fumiyo Kouno’s In This Corner of the World manga announced on Friday that the show will run from May 9 – May 30 at the Tokyo Nissay Theatre in a new trailer, along with the cast and main poster reveal.

Katabuchi expanded the film with a 2019 edition titled In This Corner (and Other Corners) of the World.

The manga also inspired a 2011 live-action television special starring Keiko Kitagawa and a 2018 live-action television series.
