"One Week Friends" Theme Song Trailer Highlights Memorable Moments between Yuuki and Kaori

The official website for the upcoming live-action film adaptation of Matcha Hazuki’s Isshukan Friends./One Week Friends manga has posted a three-minute theme song edition trailer featuring memorable scenes between Yuuki Hase (Kento Yamazaki) and Kaori Fujimiya (Haruna Kawaguhi) from the film.

The theme song “Kanade” was originally released by popular Japanese duo Sukima Switch as their 2nd single song in March 2004, then also sung by voice actress Sora Amamiya, who voiced Kaori, as the ED song for the TV anime adaptation aired in 2014.

The new version for the live-action film uses the original singing voice of Sukima Switch’s vocalist Takuya Ohashi and adds newly recorded music played by the band.
