Live-Action Kodoku no Gourmet TV Series Gets 6th Season

  • The live-action “Todoku no Gourmet Oshōgatsu Special ~Inagashira Gorō no Nagai Ichinichi~” (Solitary Gourmet New Year’s Special: Gorō Inagashira’s Long First Day) special announced on Monday that the Kodoku no Gourmet television series will get a sixth season.

  • Masayuki Kusumi and Jiro Taniguchi first serialized the Kodoku no Gourmet manga from 1994 to 1996 in Fusosha’s Monthly Panja magazine (now defunct).

  • The live-action series inspired two previous television specials last year.
