Kyūso Nekokami Performs Opening Theme For Major 2nd Anime

  • The official website for the anime of Takuya Mitsuda’s Major 2nd baseball manga announced on Tuesday that Kyūso Nekokami is performing the opening theme song “Koete Ike” (Go Beyond It) for the anime.

  • The manga inspired its first television anime series in 2004, and the sixth television anime series ran in 2010.

  • The manga also inspired an anime film titled Major: Yūjō no Winning Shot in 2008.
