First ‘Captain Future’ Blu-ray Anime Box Set Artwork Arrives

The series is getting two Blu-ray box set releases that are priced at 30,240 yen each and will land on September 14th, 2016 and November 9th, 2016.

The series originally aired beginning in the fall of 1978 and ran for 52 episodes and was directed by Tomoharu Katsumata.

The first box set will bring out 24 episodes across four discs with a bonus fifth disc that will have the TV special that runs for an hour.
