  • Under their All the Anime banner there, the company has picked up the film for release with a planned September 21st, 2016 debut.

  • The property is a prequel anime film to the live action feature, which was simply called Hana & Alice.

  • The original film was directed, written and produced by Shunji Iwai, who has returned to direct this piece as well.
