Anime Project of 'Sailor Zombie' Manga Announced

  • Publishing company Hero’s announced an anime adaptation of Isshin Inudou and Jiji & Pinch’s Sailor Zombie manga on Monday.

  • Originally created as a drama series, Sailor Zombie aired in 12 episodes on TV Tokyo from April to July 2014, featuring members of the idol group AKB48.

  • Inudou and Jiji & Pinch serialized the manga based on the drama in Monthly Hero’s magazine from April 2014 to December 2015, deviating from the original story and some characters.
