The event drew 121,540 attendees across three days in March 2015, and 135,323 attendees across three days at this year’s event in March.
The business days will feature a dedicated business area with smaller booths, and will take place on March 23 and 24.
The AnimeJapan convention announced on October 17 that the 2017 event will have two industry-only days for business meetings separate from the event’s two main days where it is open to the public.
The 2017 event will be the convention’s fourth event, and will be held at the Tokyo Big Sight.
