“The Secret Base of Chargeman Ken!” exhibit will run from July 23 until August 21, 2016, at the GoFa LAB. gallery in Asagaya, Suginami Ward, Tokyo, Japan.
The exhibition will include production materials such as storyboards and manuscripts (including an unused manuscript featuring the death of Chargeman Ken) as well as character goods and a collaboration cafe.
A new art exhibit located in Asagaya Anime Street is celebrating more than 40 years of Chargeman Ken!, a short-form TV anime originally broadcast in 1974 that’s experiencing a resurgence in popularity thanks to video streaming websites such as Niconico.
