Comic Market 91 Recap

This was the 91st Comic Market, which ran from December 29th through the 31st.

Once again we turn to our friend kijakusai to provide our informal guide to the sights and celebrations (and peculiarities) of the event.

New Year’s has come and gone in Tokyo and that means one thing: hundreds of thousands of people—manga and doujinshi fans and creators, fujoshi, otaku, cosplayers, artists, idols, people who just like to stand in lines—descended on Tokyo Big Sight for the three day semi-annual feat of human social engineering that is Comiket.
