The 10th compiled book volume of Kotoyama’s Dagashi Kashi manga revealed on Friday that the manga has 3 million copies in print.
The first 12-episode television anime series adaptation premiered in January 2016.
The manga follows Kokonotsu, who does not want to inherit his family’s rural candy store as his father wishes.
A second season premiered on January 11, and Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan, with Funimation also streaming an English dub.
