Defying Kurosaki-kun Manga Ends on October 13

Manga creator Makino revealed on their Twitter account on Saturday that the November issue of Kodansha’s Bessatsu Friend magazine will publish the second and final half of the final chapter of their Defying Kurosaki-kun (Kurosaki-kun no Iinari ni Nante Naranai) manga on October 13.

The manga was nominated for Best Shōjo Manga at Kodansha’s 45th annual Manga Awards.

Makino revealed on February 4 that the manga would continue past the 18th volume, despite the manga’s 17th volume previously revealing in October 2020 that the manga would end with the 18th volume.
