It took Tekken 7 two months to lose this many players while for Dragon Ball FighterZ it just took two weeks according to IGN.
The competition on Dragon Ball FighterZ can be tough however with hardcore, dedicated players honing their skills to do maximum damage to opponents.
As for PC, on the first weekend after release, Dragon Ball FighterZ peaked at 44,234 concurrent players on Steam, shattering the previous fighting game record of 18,766 held by Tekken 7, a game which shares the same publisher as FighterZ – Bandai Namco Entertainment.
For comparison on PlayStation 4 – as of this writing – over 79.7% of players have played story mode according to PlayStation.com.
