While gameplay for Dragon Ball FighterZ has been limited to Japanese voices and English text thus far, as we get closer to 2018, we’ll likely start seeing the English dub make its way to trailers and gameplay.
In the countries that speak it, Dragon Ball FighterZ will have text in Polish, Russian, Korean, and Japanese text as well.
The answer to that is yes, Bandai Namco Entertainment America has confirmed Dragon Ball FighterZ will have the option to select between the English dub voice track and Japanese voice track, just like Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and the games in the last few years that have made it to North America.
Dragon Ball FighterZ will be published by Bandai Namco Entertainment in early 2018.
