Miura’s The Great Passage (Fune wo Amu) novel inspired an award-winning live-action film directed by Yuya Ishii that opened in Japan in 2013.
The book also inspired a television anime series that premiered in October 2016.
NTV opened a website on Thursday to announce that Shion Miura’s Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru (Feel the Wind) novel is getting a television anime series that will air on NTV and BS-NTV in October.
