Square Enix released the first game in the series in Japan with the title Final Fantasy Legends: Hikari to Yami no Senshi (Final Fantasy Legends: Warriors of Light and Darkness) in 2010, but released it in the West in 2012 with the title Final Fantasy Dimensions.
Square Enix announced last week that it is ending service for its Final Fantasy Legends II smartphone game on October 31.
The game originally launched under the title Final Fantasy Legends: Jikū no Suishō (Final Fantasy Legends: Crystal of Space-Time) in February 2015 as a sequel to the Final Fantasy Legends: Hikari to Yami no Senshi (Final Fantasy Dimensions) game.
It was then re-launched last year as Final Fantasy Legends II.
