Fudanshi Kōkō Seikatsu TV Anime About Male Yaoi Fan Slated for July 5

  • Toshikatsu Tokoro (Moeyo Ken, Soul Link) is directing the anime at EMT Squared (Kumamiko) and Chika Ishida is designing the characters.

  • The official website for the television anime of Atami Michinoku’s Fudanshi Kōkō Seikatsu (Rotten Boys’ High School Life) manga announced on Friday that the anime will premiere on Tuesday, July 5 on the AT-X channel.

  • Fudanshi is a wordplay on fujoshi (literally, “rotten girls”) — the slang for women who love boys-love/yaoi stories.
