The Head of Programming at Fuji TV, Yuriko Nakamura, spoke to the Japanese press today to announce the broadcast schedule of the second season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, which we reported on earlier, and confirmed that despite what might be upcoming with the Entertainment District arc, “the content will be broadcast without any changes.”
The second season of Demon Slayer, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, will air “every Sunday” in October at 11:15 PM on Fuji TV and is planned to run through the fall anime season and the winter anime season.
The setting for the second season of Demon Slayer is the infamous Yoshiwara area, a red-light district of Tokyo, which was a famous place for sexual entertainment up until prostitution was outlawed in Japan in 1958.
