Ginga e Kickoff!!'s Wakamatsu Launches Sengoku Baseball Manga

This year’s 26th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on Monday that Hiroshi Wakamatsu, the author of the Ginga e Kickoff!! (Kickoff to the Galaxy!!) manga, will launch a new manga based on Shinta Ryokuchi’s Sengoku Baseball: Nobunaga no Yakyū (Sengoku Baseball: Nobunaga’s Baseball) novel series in Shueisha’s Saikyō Jump magazine.

Shinta Ryokuchi launched his Sengoku Baseball novel series under Shueisha’s Mirai Bunko label last May, and Shueisha published the fourth volume on March 4.

Wakamatsu ended his Ginga e Kickoff!! manga in 2013.
