Godzilla Minus One Rises to #1 at U.S. Box Office

The Box Office Mojo website reported on Wednesday that Godzilla Minus One, Takashi Yamazaki’s new film in TOHO’s Godzilla franchise, has earned US$1,225,396 on Monday, and thus topped the daily box office in the United States and Canada.

The film has earned an estimated US$11 million in its first three days in the U.S. box office.

Godzilla Minus One opened in Japan on November 3, 2023 (“Godzilla Day”), which was the anniversary of the first Godzilla film’s November 3, 1954 release.
