Nakajo ran a short continuation of the Hana-Kimi manga in 2011, and published a special chapter in 2014.
The February 2017 issue of Hakusensha’s Bessatsu Hana to Yume magazine announced on Monday that Hisaya Nakajo will publish a special chapter of her Hana-Kimi (Hana Zakari no Kimi-tachi e) manga in the next issue on January 26.
