The animation features a girl in a conductor’s uniform and a floating, whispering manta ray awaiting the arrival of an enormous train in a tilted train station with a torii (a traditional gate found at the entrances to Shinto shrines) flanked by blooming cherry trees.
The name “Keifuku” is made of the Kanji characters meaning “tilted” or “inclined” and “good luck”.
