Kiyo in Kyoto TV Anime's New Trailer Previews New Opening Theme Ahead of TV Broadcast

  • Over on NHK World Japan and here on Crunchyroll, the Kiyo in Kyoto: From the Maiko House TV anime has been airing monthly with English subtitles, but in Japan, the adaptation of Aiko Koyama’s award-winning manga series begins on Japanese TV on October 2.

  • Ahead of the NHK-E airing, a new trailer was released today previewing the TV broadcast’s new opening song.

  • But after an unexpected turn of events, Kiyo starts working as the live-in cook at the Maiko House.
