Looks like Lionsgate is really serious in making their live-action Naruto movie, and this is because the studio is asking for a rewrite of its script.
The rumors of the film surfaced back in 2015 when it was reported that Lionsgate has bought the rights to adapt Kishimoto’s manga into a live-action film.
Newbie director, Michael Gracey, will be directing the film, with renowned Hollywood producer, Avi Arad, producing the movie.
Naruto creator, Masashi Kishimoto himself is also involved with the project, as the film’s producers will be actively consulting with him throughout.
