This year’s 48th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on Monday that Kōhei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia manga will take a one-week break in the 49th issue so that Horikoshi can conduct research.
Viz Media is publishing the manga digitally in its Weekly Shonen Jump magazine and in print.
Horikoshi launched the superhero manga series in Weekly Shonen Jump in July 2014, and Shueisha published the 15th compiled volume in Japan on September 4.
The anime is receiving a third season, and Funimation will continue to stream the anime.
