My Hero Academia: Two Heroes Anime Film Sells 1 Million Tickets

New characters for the film include David Shield (voiced by Katsuhisa Namase, young David Shield voiced by Ryohei Kimura), Melissa Shield (voiced by Mirai Shida), and Wolfram (voiced by Rikiya Koyama).

Kōhei Horikoshi, creator of My Hero Academia, revealed on his Twitter account on Monday that the My Hero Academia: Two Heroes anime film has sold over 1 million tickets in Japan.

Funimation and TOHO hosted a world premiere of the film with English subtitles at Anime Expo on July 5.
