The TV anime adaptation of Miya Kazuki’s “biblia fantasy” light novel Ascendance of a Bookworm premiered in Japan on October 2, 2019, and has been also simulcast on Crunchyroll to its members worldwide excluding Asia.
The Japanese official websites for the ongoing TV anime Ascendance of a Bookworm and the upcoming new TV anime Sorcerous Stabber Orphen have simultaneously posted a first visual from their collaboration project featuring the former’s protagonist Myne and the latter’s Orphen in the costumes from each other’s world.
As part of the 25th anniversary project for Yoshinobu Akita’s fantasy light novel series Majutsushi Orphen Haguretabi / Sorcerous Stabber Orphen, Takayuki Hamana (Magical girl lyrical Nanoha Reflection)-directed third TV anime adaptation is set to premiere in Japan on January 7, 2020.
