As Yokohama tattoo artist Aki-Bonten told Nikkan Spa, a daily Japanese magazine, the number of “otaku tattoos” has been booming recently.
And as that name suggests a general acceptance of “nerdy” tattoos, it also comes with many more requests for similar work.
