The mangaka group known as CLAMP first launched Cardcaptor Sakura back in 2006, which means that the franchise is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
While the issue of Nakayoshi did reveal a new Cardcaptor Sakura anime project, they did not reveal any other details about it, though they did state that “more details will be announced after they are decided.”
The 20th anniversary celebrations for CLAMP’s classic magical girl manga, Cardcaptor Sakura, just got a lot bigger, as Nakayoshi Magazine’s July 2016 issue is set to announce a new anime project for the franchise.
CLAMP has launched a new manga for the franchise, which follows Sakura already graduating from elementary and is now in middle school.
