New Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime Series Premieres in Japan in Spring 2017

  • The latest movie in the anime franchise, Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions, opened in Japan on April 23.

  • The fifth and ongoing anime in the franchise, Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, premiered in Japan in April 2014.

  • Shueisha announced at the Jump Festa event on Saturday that the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime franchise based on Kazuki Takahashi’s manga is getting a sixth anime series that will feature a new protagonist.
