To compare with the second highest selling manga series, Dragon Ball, One Piece has printed 90 million more copies in Japan than Dragon Ball has printed worldwide.
Ever since the 57th volume released in March 2010, first-run prints of One Piece in Japan have exceeded 3 million copies, the highest in Japanese publishing history, with the highest print run being 4.6 million copies for the latest volume.
As of the release of One Piece’s 95th manga volume in Japan on December 28, the epic has 460 million copies in print worldwide.
