Osamu Tezuka Manga "Little Wansa" Adapted into Children's Musical

  • The original Little Wansa manga ran from 1971 – 1972 in Tezuka Magazine Leo, but Tezuka left the manga’s story incomplete.

  • Little Wansa was originally designed by Tezuka as a mascot character for Sanwa Bank.

  • Little Wansa was also adapted into a 26 episode TV anime that aired on KTC in 1973.
