Inaba said that Platinum Games wants to release its games on many different platforms, and that it can’t afford to ignore the PC.
Inaba said Platinum Games proactively wants to release titles on Steam, saying that the variety of hardware of PC users makes the environment different and more challenging compared to consoles.
Aside from Bayonetta and Vanquish, Platinum Games has developed such games as Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, The Wonderful 101, and most recently, Nier: Automata.
Platinum Games producer Atsushi Inaba stated in an interview with Japanese games website Gamespark on May 21 that it intends to publish its own games, alongside the planning and development.
