The Pokémon Company revealed a new Pokémon smartphone game app titled Pokéland on Wednesday.
The game allows players to acquire onscreen “toy Pokémon” and then use them in battle.
The alpha version includes six islands, 52 different stages, a “Champion Tower” with 15 floors, and 134 Pokémon.
Niantic Labs’ Pokémon Go smartphone app launched in select countries including the United States on July 6, and has since launched in more than 50 countries.
