The sequel film based on the manga’s “Yokohama Kingdom” arc is set for a release on January 21, 2017.
Sony Pictures Japan today posted a 90-second first trailer for the upcoming second live-action film adaptation of Ken Wakui’s Shinjuku Swan: Kabukicho Scout Survival manga, Shinjuku Swan II. 34-year-old Go Ayano reprises his role as the protagonist Tastuhiko Shiratori, who works as a scout for the Kabukicho red light district of Shinjuku, Tokyo.
The first film was released in Japan on May 30, 2015, and made a decent 1.33 billion yen.
