Shochiku Reveals 1st ‘Liar Liar’ Anime Blu-ray Release Packaging

  • Not to be confused with the Liar x Liar anime adaptation, we learned in April 2022 that a new project is in the works as the light novel series Liar Liar from Haruki Kuo is getting an anime adaptation.

  • The twelve-episode series begins release on November 29th, 2023 where each set of four episodes is priced at 12,000 yen.

  • The summer 2023 series has its home video releases being handled by Shochiku and they’ve set a three-volume release schedule for it.
