"SMAP" Veteran Masahiro Nakai to Return to "Idolm@aster" Game Commercials

TV personality and former SMAP leader Masahiro Nakai has a not-so-secret dream: he wants to be an idol, just like the girls of The [email protected] Well, that’s according to commercials for its spinoff app, anyway.

The [email protected] Cinderella Girls Starlight Stage was released in summer of 2015, and has been downloaded more than 19 million times since then.

Of the first commercial, Nakai says he had a great deal of fun acting opposite Ichimura, and the two regularly cracked each other up with their ad-libs.
