Japanese video game developer Spike Chunsoft announced on Friday that it has established a wholly owned North American subsidiary company, titled Spike Chunsoft, Inc. The new subsidiary based in Long Beach, California will “serve as a base of operations for its global publishing and localization strategy.”
Spike Chunsoft is known for the Danganronpa and Zero Escape game series.
The company also revealed the “Project: Psync” game in March by Zero Escape series creator Kōtarō Uchikoshi.
The company is also currently developing the Zanki Zero game for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
